Dawn is our lead quantitative practitioner. A pragmatic and business-focussed researcher, Dawn has over 11 years market research experience in Australia and other Asia-Pacific markets. She has extensive experience in services research, including financial services, retail and e-commerce. In addition to primary research, Dawn has a passion for anything that involves analysing and synthesising an existing body of information.

Dawn holds a Master of Arts (Hons) and a Graduate Certificate in Management. She has recently accepted the fact that she will never complete the last course of her Graduate Diploma in Information Design.
